Club Sneak Peek: Mix It (December)

Come make soft snickerdoodle cookies alongside other OpenEd friends in our fun Mix It club!

Club Sneak Peeks are open to all ages!

For cookies:

• 3 cups AP flour
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 & 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup unsalted softened butter
• 1 & 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk at room temperature
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For topping:

• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Materials:

• Mixing bowl
• baking sheet lined with parchment paper or nonstick spray
• rubber spatula
• hand mixer
