Get Started In 5 Simple Steps:
- Apply: Complete a short application and gain instant access to the platform, your source for all program details.
- Enroll: Once accepted into the program, submit an Enrollment Packet online.
- Design: Once the Enrollment Packet is approved, tell us what you plan on learning this year.
- Track: Submit 5-minute weekly learning logs at the end of each week, recording what you learned that week.
- Receive: Get reimbursed for approved technology, classes, and materials.

No. We partner with educational providers to deliver the most comprehensive education possible. OpenEd’s role is to enhance and support your chosen learning environment, not replace it.
OpenEd is funded through public education dollars, similar to traditional public school funding. When you enroll in OpenEd through our school partner, the program receives state education funding to support your child’s personalized learning plan. There is no cost to families for participation.
