Competency-Based Education Program

Southern New Hampshire University’s competency-based education (CBE) program allows students to earn an associate degree by demonstrating mastery of course material through real-world projects, or competencies. Each completed competency is equivalent to one college credit. This flexible approach enables learners to progress at their own pace, advancing as they master specific skills and knowledge.
