Photography Explorer is a hands-on, mentor-supported course designed for students in grades K–6 to discover the art and science of photography. Through engaging projects, learners earn badges such as the “Nature Badge” for wildlife photography and the “Time Travel Badge” by constructing a camera from 2000 years ago. This course fosters creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, making it suitable for all ages and camera types. By the end of the course, students will have a portfolio of photos and a collection of badges that demonstrate their newfound skills.
