APCALC 063: AP Calculus AB, Part 2 of 2

9th - 12th
Provider: BYU Independent Study
Instructor-guided learning

The AP Calculus AB series, which is the equivalent of a first-semester college-level calculus course, covers limits, differentiation, and integration. This course will clarify concepts from algebra and geometry that may have been confusing to students. This is the second course in a two-part series that prepares students to take the AP Calculus AB exam and to explore opportunities in careers such as economics and math. The BYU Independent Study course includes a separate must-pass final exam for course credit but does not administer the AP exam or include its fee in tuition. Students must arrange to take the AP exam at a local school using the AP Course Ledger; be aware many schools have an ordering deadline of November 15th.
