Learn about the science of butter while making your own with Michelle Zelaya on Zoom!

This event is designed for all grades.

Recommended supplies:

  • A jar or a plastic container with a tight fitting lid (smaller sizes may be easier for younger children to hold)
  • ½ cup of heavy whipping cream (or enough to fill your container halfway)
  • Salt, if desired
  • Strainer
  • Bowl
  • Plastic wrap or storage container
  • Bread or crackers for tasting
