Before that, Grant was Chief of Staff at the Nevada Treasurer's Office, where he oversaw staff, budget, and legislative priorities, and played a key role in developing the state's Education Savings Accounts (ESA) program—including representing the Treasurer's Office in a landmark court ruling that established the program's constitutionality. Born in Dallas, raised in Kalispell, Montana, Grant holds a BS in Political Science from Texas Christian University and currently lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Dawn, and their pets, Kodachrome, Addy, Huckleberry, and Buddy.
